Lack of access to laboratory facilities and technical expertise can be a key barrier to growth for SMEs in the Environmental and Clean Technology (ECT) sector. However, member companies can take advantage of SETN's considerable in-house laboratory facilities,
|providing capabilities across a wide range of environmental matrices including soils, waters, wastes and other materials. These include GC-FID, GC-MS, ICP-OES, HPLC and IC. SETN can also offer space to undertake bench scale trials in our environmental laboratory.||Support is given to undertake field trials e.g. finding suitable sites, experimental design, setting data quality objectives, testing and interpretation of results.|
The EnviroPortal is a collection of critical information resources for the ECT sector.
It stays hidden in the bottom menu throughout your entire visit to the SETN website, so any time you want to cross reference to information on one of the sites presented, you only have to pull it up to do so, without losing your place.
We welcome your suggestions for material to be included, so if you know of something we've missed, please let us know.
Twitter can be a valuable source of information too and a great place to ask questions. See who we follow at twitter.com/#!/_setn
